Unopened items can come back within 30 days of delivery. Once the item is back with us, we refund the product price to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo and we replace it or refund it right away. No forms, no waiting.

Opened items

For health and safety reasons we cannot take back opened cosmetics, unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

How to start a return

Reply to your order email or use the contact page. Tell us your order number and what you want to send back. We take it from there.
