Yes. We buy only from US-authorized suppliers and we keep the invoice for every product on file.

How fast do you ship?

Orders leave our US warehouse in 1 to 2 business days, with tracking.

How much is shipping?

$5.95 flat. Orders over $75 ship free.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now.

Can I return an opened product?

Unopened items can come back within 30 days. We cannot take back opened cosmetics for health and safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Then we replace or refund it with a photo.
